Practice Portal

Growth Engine · for accountancy firms

The machine that wins your next clients.

Practice Portal looks after the clients you have. Growth Engine wins the next ones: a website that publishes for itself, enquiries that land in a CRM built for practices, and priced proposals a prospect accepts online — with the engagement letter written and sent for signature the moment they do.

£129 a month, all of it. 14 days free, no card.

The path — stranger to signed engagement letter

The problem

Most firms don't have a sales problem. They have a plumbing problem.

Enquiries arrive by referral, get replied to from a phone, quoted in a Word document a week later, and half are never followed up. Nobody knows what the pipeline is worth, and the website hasn't changed since it was built.

The website does nothing

A brochure from 2019 with a form that emails a shared inbox. Google stops sending people to pages that never change, and nobody has time to write.

Quotes take a week

Find the last proposal, change the name, argue about the fee, PDF it, chase it. Meanwhile the prospect met another firm.

Follow-up is memory

No record of who enquired, who was quoted what, or whose "call me in March" is due. The pipeline is a feeling, not a number.

What's in it

Three parts, one path.

Website + content

Found, and kept fresh

Your site on your domain, your colours, live in an hour — with a library of client guides published weekly under your name so it never goes stale. More on the website →

CRM

Captured, and worked

Every enquiry becomes a prospect with a next action. Pipeline in fees, tasks, notes, Capsule import, a lead endpoint any form can post to. More on the CRM →

Proposals

Quoted, and signed

Your services and price rules, three priced options per prospect, accepted online. Acceptance writes the engagement letter from your template and sends it for e-signature — no Word, no retyping.

Questions firms ask.

Is this separate software from Practice Portal?

No — one login, one database, one subscription. Growth Engine and the client portal are two halves of the same platform: one wins the client, the other serves them, and the record moves seamlessly from prospect to client the day the engagement letter is signed.

Who writes the website content?

A library of client-facing guides — VAT, payroll, deadlines, starting a company — is published under your firm's name, one a week, with your details merged in. You can write your own too, or switch the weekly publishing off.

Where do the proposal prices come from?

Your own catalogue. Each service has a rule — flat, per head, or turnover bands — and every generated line can be edited before you send. Nothing goes out you didn't set.

Is the engagement letter binding wording?

The letter is generated from your template — we ship a starting skeleton, clearly marked as such, and you should put your professional body's wording in before first use. Every signature carries a timestamp, IP and a fingerprint of the exact text signed.

We already have a website we like

Keep it — point its contact form at your lead endpoint and enquiries still land in the CRM. The Just-the-CRM plan at £79 is built for exactly this.

Fourteen days. Your name on it in an hour.
